Very strange week weather wise. Tues. & Wed. the temp. warmed up to +7 degrees C and it poured with rain washing away 98% of the snow. How strange to see the green grass again! Now, we wake up on Friday morning to an unbelievable blizzard and we can see nothing but snow everywhere! Alas, too late for skiing which we will have to miss this week. The winter so far (everybody tells us) has been very mild but we may be in for a cold snap now.

So, we have had a pretty quiet week. We just went for our weekly swim yesterday. I love going in the hot tub there. Being in the hot tub and looking at the snow outside I feel like one of those Japanese monkeys in the hot natural springs in the Japan mountains. :-)
